It was an absolute pleasure to have Cantor Liat officiate at both our civil and religious wedding ceremonies. Having a dedicated wedding officiant was very important to my wife and me because we had an interfaith ceremony. She met with my wife and me on several occasions, discussing our ceremony from the most minor nuanced detail to other aspects of the wedding such as the procession of the wedding party. Liat’s attention to detail made us extremely relaxed and eased the normal expected stresses of planning a wedding. She was also very open to our ideas while thoughtfully sharing her own suggestions to assist in tailor-making our ceremony to our liking. Cantor Liat was very sensitive in assisting us in choose both religious and humanist aspects for the wedding that made both ourselves and our guests have a memorable experience. She even helped us to select a Ketubah which was a very significant part of our ceremony. Her enthusiasm is only surpassed by her dedication as she would often contact us with new ideas and developments. We felt that she was with us every step of the way and developed a personal bond with her. This was very important since we felt comfortable with Liat partaking in the most intimate part of our wedding.
As a cantor, Liat has a wealth of musical talent. After the wedding, we received many compliments about her singing ability. It is important to mention that while Liat performed both the civil ceremony at the park and the religious wedding ceremony at a reception hall, nothing was duplicated in either ceremony and each experience felt truly unique. Her ability to speak in multiple languages was a major asset since many of our guests were from a variety of backgrounds.
Overall, Liat’s personable character and high level of professionalism made our wedding the best day of our lives. I would highly recommend Cantor Liat to officiate at any wedding as she is truly one- of -a -kind person and will make your day as special as ours.
